Being Creative is second nature to me. I've known for a long time that that I would be apart of the creative/design industry
but it took me a while to find what exactly that art career would look like. After highschool,
I decided to go to an art college, attending The School of The Art Institute of Chicago, studying all types of art and eventually
majoring in Fashion Design. In 2002, I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. But its wasn't until I fell in love and planned to get married
in 2006, that my TRUE passion for creating BEAUTIFUL, wedding related items was developed. So with that, Chocolate Brooms
& Bouquets was born. Since I am a DIY (Do It Yourself) junkie
-I naturally wanted to have a gorgeous wedding without the huge price tag. I created as many things as possible
to keep our costs modest- the only exception was the actual formal invitations!
After receiving so many complements that day and in the months
to come, numerous requests began pouring in from people wanting help my to design their wedding. So as a result, I decided to step
out on faith and start a 100%handmade wedding decor company.
Since then, Chocolate Brooms &
Bouquets has allowed me the wonderful opportunity to help other brides, grooms and their families to make
their wedding unique as well. I work hard to make sure each of our couples are truly satisfied with our products
& service. It is with great pleasure that I help you to have the wedding of your dreams!
